Rock Steady Boxing
The mission of Rock Steady Boxing is to empower people with Parkinson’s disease to fight back. Rock Steady Boxing, a nonprofit organization, gives people with Parkinson’s disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing based fitness curriculum. Move better and move faster through balance, strength, coordination and endurance in a safe, peer-supported environment.

Step 2: We do need a doctor's release form signed before you begin your first boxing class. We also have you do a pre-assessment to check functional mobility.
Rachel Thoele
Rachel is a certified group fitness instructor. She has always had an interest in fitness, movement, and wellness, beginning with dance, tumble, and cheer at a young age. Since attending Rock Steady Classes as a cornerman for her grandfather, she has been inspired to hold a bigger role and lead Rock Steady Boxers to high levels of success. Rachel is a former elementary school teacher with many years of experience meeting the needs of a wide variety of learners.

Online Programs With Coach Kelly
Coach Kelly leads online fitness classes called ACTIVE BODY, ACTIVE MINDS. She is also facilitates weekly Partner in Care support group meetings for non-proferssional care givers of those with PD.
